Abstract :
SMB (Small and Medium Business)play an extremely essential role in national economy. However, the amount and scale of employees in SMB taking part in annuity are rather small. One of the important reasons is that employees lack cognition of enterprise annuity and only have a limited understanding for this concept. This paper intends to analyze and study the cognition of enterprise annuity of employees in SMB by means of substantial evidence.
