Abstract :
Since the 30 years of reform and opening-up, the circulation industry of China has made a great accomplishment, but also many problems exist. The paper will apply the concept of sustainable development to circulation industry and from putting people-oriented to discuss the explanation of the concept of sustainable development on circulation industry. In addition, this paper has designed people-oriented sustainable development road from consumer-based measures and an incentive system in the interests of employees.
