Abstract :
With the swift and violent development of service industry, the development trend of service trade at the present is human-capital-intensive. In order to distinctly recognize the influence of human capital to China´s knowledge and technology-intensive service trade, the author will respectively analyze the state of China´s human capital and the rising service industry´s competitiveness to search the relationship between them. Finally, the author will give some suggestions on how to improve the amount of human capital for the sake of the development of rising service trade of China.
