Abstract :
An equipment has been designed with PLC used as centre control unit, as well as specific function modules of analog processing and communication, to simulate the operation of electric steering gear. PLC receives signals and controls the rolling of stepper motor to realize this simulation process. The equipment provides three kinds of operation modes: button, HIM and remote control, and it can help ship´s operation control system with system debug and performance test in laboratory.
