Abstract :
This is a design of UC arm motion controller based on the CPLD device and ADuc831 single-chip microcomputer and serial port expansion chip TL16C554, the hardware part is made up of a single-chip microcomputer system, CPLD system, communication circuit, serial port expansion circuit, position feedback processing circuit, Motion control digital IO output circuit and so on. The hardware description language and C language are adopted for the software part, and the UC-arm motion in different axial directions and the detection of a variety of mechanical positions can achieve.
