Tutorial 1: It services and the outsourcing boom

Information Technologies are not currently considered as an essential organizational department in Mexico, for this reason companies known as Outsourcing Companies have a bigger demand, this is due to the lack of vision of some entrepreneurs about the way they integrate information technologies for the benefit of their enterprises. This situation generates a growing challenge among IT services outsourcing companies and for both situations, what can make the difference is a good IT services management, where ITIL® is the most prominent practice nowadays.
