Abstract
The popularity of E-commerce, especially B2C and C2C brings both opportunities and challenges for express enterprises. Express enterprises need new service distribution centers to meet the growing demands. This article proposes an index system for the layout of distribution centers. Then this article uses the method of Maximum Weight Closure of a Graph, which can consider the impact between inter-cities, to select the first-grade distribution centers and uses the method of AHP to select the second-grade distribution centers from candidate cities. So this paper can provide the basis for express enterprises to select the first-grade and second-grade distribution centers.
