Human resources management (HRM) of developed countries stands in its foothold - strategic human resources management (SHRM) and enjoys popular support in this present era of knowledge economy, now the trend is towards the human capital management of the enterprise´s ownership being rebuilt and intellectual capital (IC) management to explore the potential value of enterprise from HRM. Overall the HRM of Chinese enterprises is still in the period from the traditional personnel management to the modern HRM, the basic work is still relatively weak, many companies have yet to establish a scientifically sound system of HRM. This paper puts forward some issues about the China´s HRM to stimulate the practitioners of HRM to think deeply and to accomplish some new innovative practices combined with the author´s own research and business consulting experience.
