Abstract
A disassembly model based on synchronous net (DMSN) is proposed, and the problem of disassembly planning is then studied on the ground of DMSN. A cost function incorporating tool changes and disassembly direction changes is given out. A multiresolution reach ability graph acquisition (MRRGA) arithmetic is proposed complying with DMSN´s reduction principles, which simplifies the resolution of reach ability graph through simplifying DMSN step by step, and finally gets the transition sequence set, namely the disassembly planning set. A simple example is presented to demonstrate the procedure and validity of the arithmetic.
