Abstract

This paper presents a PC based software running on PC/Windows-95 dedicated to the advanced training in VLSI design, with specific features on sub-micron technology. The software consists in a HDL-based schematic editor with on-line simulator, a layout editor with HDL-compiler and sophisticated on-line analog simulation. Furthermore, the tool includes a set of tutorials covering various aspects of integrated circuit design: tutorial on CMOS process, MOS devices and models
