Abstract :
This article illustrated the ownnership and franchise of the state-owned enterprises\´property. It essentially indicated the relationship between the state-owned enterprises\´property power. It basically analyzed the arrangement and construction of property power. We can see the theoretical innovation, that is, the property power can be realized in the way of sharing in the marketing economy. The sharing featured by combinating the ownership and franchise of the property within state-owned enterprises. Take this as premise, we can optimize the system of "The legal person governs"so as to quicken the modernization of enterprise system and realize the management of marketing.
