Abstract :
The watermarking algorithm was proposed in this paper that encoded watermark used BCH code and embedded watermark based on rate-distortion theory. When the watermark was embedded in a motion vector, the parity of horizontal and vertical component was firstly computed, and then the component that the change rate of rate distortion was smaller was selected to embed the watermark encoded by BCH code. Experimental results show that the scheme was robust to transmission error and recompression.
