Abstract :
A kind of intelligent conflict-resolving system based on multi-agents is put forward after analyzing the existing methods of conflict resolution. The function and architecture of each agent are discussed. The concept, cause and classification are briefly explained. Finally, the system was implemented in an electronic company and showed good effectiveness.
