Abstract :
To increase the intelligently reconfigurable capability of manufacturing cell control system, the basic function block model adapting to intelligently reconfiguring is proposed, and intelligently reconfigurable manufacturing control system utilizing the model as function cell is constructed. Under the research background of a manufacturing cell, Unified Modeling Language (UML) class diagram method is adopted to design the control system. Based on the above designs, the control system software is developed by means of Web Services technology. A running case of the prototype system validates the validity of the design and development method for intelligently reconfigurable manufacturing cell control system.
