Abstract
Based on hinge moment coefficient of rolling missile which obtained from wind tunnel experiment, the relationships among hinge moment and angle of attack and deflection angle of rudder are derived from fitting and analysis, and then the accelerating torque is calculated by instruction signal of rudder, next the equation to describe load characteristic of rudder is got. According to the equation, the load characteristic curves are drawn with MATLAB software, and the characteristic curves provide a basis for the type selection of motor.
