  • Abstract
    The new MBC technology offers excellent electrical and thermal properties for power applications, the possibility for separate batch processing of circuits and of active devices, and a very small circuit size that approaches that of the monolithic counterparts. The VCO developed with the MBC technology has excellent operating characteristics. It measures only 3.5 × 5.0 mm including all the circuitry required for operation.
