Abstract :
In this paper, we discuss the purpose to develop a hanger system for garment industries in Macao, which not only can increase the rate of production efficiency but also reduce the production cost. We illustrate how to make a prototype of the hanger system using the programmable logic controller and RFID. We explain the system´s operation principle and discuss the design of the software and hardware used.
