Abstract :
Open dissipative system from the standpoint of the conception of life cycles is considered. Peculiarities of the system are revealed on each stage of life cycle. The module principle of management of the process of the systems firm development is designed. General structure of the functional-structured elements tasks of the module is designed. The analysis of result introducing of module principle in real organization is conducted.
