Abstract :
In this paper, a device using the combination of improved floating ball and photoelectric sensor to detect the liquid-liquid interface of biodiesel and raw glycerin was proposed. The device completed the detection of the main product and by-product interface in biodiesel production process and realized the continuous separation of raw glycerin from biodiesel. In the design of software, there was analysis and processing of wrong operation due to the level fluctuating.
