  • Abstract
    According to the characteristics that possessed by the temperature control process for heat treatment furnace, fuzzy algorithm and filed bus technology are applied to heat treatment in this paper. Two-way data communication between the computer and the thermostat is achieved through RS485 bus. For the current furnace problems of inaccurate temperature control and overshoot running temperature, fuzzy algorithm is used to achieve optimal control for heat treatment furnace, in line with the temperature requirements of the work piece under heat treatment, while the real-time temperature data acquisition is achieving.
