Abstract :
In this paper, the concepts of α-diagonally dominant matrices are introduced and an equivalent representation for strictly α1-diagonally dominant matrices is given. As its application, some new practical criteria for nonsingular H-matrices are obtained. The result effectiveness is illustrated by numerical examples.
