Abstract :
Swirl is known method to intensify and stabilize transfer processes in fluids. Turbulent swirling flow near the wall is found in many technological applications including burners, cyclones, separators and other. In the present paper we compare the results of numerical simulation (basing on two parameter turbulence models) with detailed thermoanemometric data obtained by Dr. E.P.Volchkov scientific group.
