Abstract :
Based on robust techniques and ultrasonic measurement techniques, a technique of controlling the measurement path is proposed when curved surface workpieces were tested by ultrasonic measurement. Then, an initial curved surface model of the workpieces was constructed, which had no design file. Finally, by resolving the kinetic point position of the ultrasonic probe in the measurement path, robust checking and measurement path which can be controlled are achieved.
