Different kinds of electronic commerce utilization system have emerged one after another incessantly along with the fast development of the electronic commerce in the trade domain of our country; the forest product website has also been included. This paper carries on the introduction to the forest product electronic commerce´s primary contents and the forms firstly, selectively analysis the exist problems about current China forest product electronic commerce development, unifies the Chinese forest product development present situation, puts forward the corresponding proposal in view of the problems which exist, so to promote the Chinese forest product electronic commerce further development.
