Abstract :
The design procedure which is taking into account the factor of uncertainty of force of a wind as the energy carrier, being casual unguided natural process, and also offers the system approach for the coordination wind energetic resources with a production schedule and to an opportunity of accumulation of energy is offered. The principle of a rating wind energetic resources is based on the theory of fuzzy sets.
