Abstract :
This paper presents a new practical design approach for a high-pass minimum-phase FIR filter. The method is based on an interpolated FIR (IFIR) low pass structure composed of two stages with much lower order than prototype filter. The novelty of this technique lies in overcoming the inherent problem of finding the roots of a high order polynomial
