Abstract
The design method of measuring instrument of complex parameters of waveguide networks on the basis of a traveling-wave resonator (TWR) with bilateral excitation is offered. The technique of definition of parameters by the measurement results of complex reflection factors (RCF) of input and output of TWR is considered.
