  • Abstract
    Results of experimental research of the excitation conditions of formation of long-living plasma in the weak electrolytes under the influence of electric discharge are presented. Description of experimental model, photos of the leader discharge at initial stage of plasma excitation, the discussion of obtained results are presented.
