Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to present an original model of the Schottky contact coplanar line. Determination of the propagation characteristics of this structure is obtained with a good accuracy in a determined range of conductivity and of geometrical parameters. The comparative study of these lines when DC bias and geometrical parameters are changed is simply performed on a desktop computer.
