Abstract :
In order to realize automatic control of production and management and ensure every productive Hut safely and efficiently improve productivity and management level, it is imperative to successively monitor each coal bunker level and master storage quantity of that with modernization development of fossil-fuel power plant. Automatic level monitoring system of coal bunker raised by the paper are simple in structure and small in bulk, that especially the hammer´s weight and bulk are small, and chance of that covered up by coal is greatly decreased. Sensitivity is increased by adopting tension sensor to detect tension change, accuracy improved by adopting Hall sensor to measure displacement of the hammer, reliability increased by adopting solid state relay as control script, flexibility and adaptation enhanced by adopting programmable logic controller as control system. The system can moo time and successively detect level of the coal bunker, has function of digital display, self-check, programmable control, up and down limit sound and light alarming etc. The automatic level monitoring system of coal bunker can be used to detect level of the coal bunker, and that of metallurgy mines and cement plant, and so on as well. Its utilization will be great economical and social benefits.
