Abstract :
The paper considers new models, methods and technologies for optimal design of man-machine systems (MMS) functioning processes on the basis of probable and fuzzy indices of effectiveness, quality and reliability of functioning applied to the problems of object control and decision-making. Ways of the research direction development are presented.
