Abstract :
This paper proposed an edge detection algorithm for images captured by Binocular Microscope. An image is divided into two monochromatic images with red and blue channel first. Then the monochromatic images are subtracted background, denoised by median filter, detected edges by Sobel operator and thinned by morphological algorithm. Finally edge of red-channel and blue-channel monochromatic images is realized.
