Abstract :
A reconfigurable bandstop filter using FET RF switch (AS179-92) with tiny insertion loss and realizable expansibility is presented. The tuning range from 1.0 GHz to 1.5 GHz controlled by two DC bias voltages is achieved by simulation of the corresponding frequencies. Moreover, the simulated results of the proposed filter demonstrate the filter´s many merits including deep stopband rejection, simple structure, large design flexibility and more realizable expansibility.
