Abstract :
This paper summarizes the result of research for the load management of pole-transformer in 1997-1999, Korea. The object of this research is to enhance the peak load estimation for mer. For this purpose, the authors concentrate on two parts. One is the modification of load regression equation for the load management of pole-transformer. The acquisition equipment of field load data is utilized for 144-sample pole-transformers and the field data is used in the construction of the database for the load management of pole-transformer. The other is that the error of peak load estimation for the summer season reduces through the consideration for the cooling load in customers. The authors propose an index that estimates the cooling load possession of customers using the increment of electric energy from spring to summer. Through the research, they present a method of error reduction for the peak load forecast of pole-transformer.
