Abstract :
Carrier frequency synchronization is a key problem for MIMO-OFDM systems. In this paper, a low-complexity semi-blind carrier frequency offset (CFO) estimation method exploiting the known intrinsic structure information of OFDM signalspsila virtual carriers has been presented. Within small estimation range, the new method can get highly accurate CFO estimation. When the estimation range is widened, by using more terms of Taylorpsilas series approximation and introducing iterative technique, high accuracy can be still remained.
