Abstract :
The paper describes approach to development of enterprise knowledge management system. The main approach feature is active ontology using on evaluation stage while choosing knowledge management strategy and software developing. There is a stage of basic knowledge domain extraction by asking authorities and leading experts. This step is executed before ontology development. Company portal based on semantic technologies is proposed to use as the main software KMS tool.
