  • Abstract
    In this paper, we review the land evaluation in western countries and the development of agricultural land appraisal, as well as the research on datum land price in China. We study methodology of evaluation on district price for requisition specially. As a case study, district price for requisition in Luoding city of Guangdong Province has been accomplished. The results show that the proposed methodology is practical and satisfactory, system of land datum price and district price for requisition reflects the economic level of each district. The achievement of this research has been applied in land resource administration in Luoding city. We develop agricultural land evaluation information system to give a platform for dynamic valuation on agricultural land. We discuss the prospects of applications based on our achievements as well.
