Abstract :
Thermocouple, resistance temperature detector (RTD) and integrated temperature sensor are commonly used in industrial temperature measurement devices, they are important devices to achieve temperature´s measurement and control Temperature sensor is one of the fastest growing and most widely used sensors. The lower limit of thermocouple is -270°C ,while its maximum can be 1800°C; common thermal resistance used now are platinum resistance and copper resistance, platinum resistance´s temperature range is from -200°C to 960°C, copper thermal resistance is commonly used to be industrial resistance thermometer within the detection range from -50 to 150°C ; LM35 integrated temperature sensor´s measurable range is from 2°C to 150°C.
