Abstract :
In this paper, the Guangzhou development of the logistics industry and the characteristics was introduced, researching the Guangzhou logistics industry and spatial layout features by geographic information system (GIS), and doing some corresponding planning analysis, so as to enhance the management of logistics enterprises, constructing the modern logistics information network. The article carry out the spatial analysis for the law of a few typical regional logistics distribution companies by more empirical case study method, by analyzing the logistics enterprises spatial distribution of the characteristics in Guangzhou and the typical regional logistics enterprise space distribution, to establish the related model and explore the spatial layout of its portfolio law. The results show that: the formation of Guangzhou Logistics enterprises spatial distribution related with combined effects of four areas, the inherent properties of enterprises, markets, government and transportation. There is certain dependence for logistics Business-to-transport, services, markets, etc. Under the present circumstance, the application of modern technology is an essential means of decision-making to enhance the development of the logistics platform.
