Abstract
This paper presents a blind algorithm based on Image Scrambling and Error Correct Coding (ECC) preprocessing. The algorithm generates a watermark sequence with image scrambling and ECC, and simulation with three different methods, that is watermark sequence deal with Hamming code, BCH code and without ECC. Simulation results show that the robustness of a watermark with ECC is much better than the one without ECC.
