Abstract
In the present era of globalization, the relationship between international trade and human rights is an issue of increasing significance. Some argue that aid and trade are deeply connected so the lowering of tariff barriers in the rich countries is important for the poor nations. And so FTA might be an alternative to globalization. However, if free movement of workers is not guaranteed the FTA could not easily be anchored. So we would like to benchmark the policy of the EU.
