Abstract :
This paper investigates the uplink-downlink duality under bounded channel uncertainties in the multiuser multi-input multi-output (MIMO) systems. In contrast to the perfect channel state information (CSI) case where the precise signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) duality is considered, the worst-case SINR duality is established under the norm-bounded error (NBE) model. With the aids of this duality, a new scheme is proposed for the robust transceiver design in multiuser MIMO downlink. Compared with the exiting robust algorithm, the proposed algorithm has lower complexity, and exhibits the same performance in simulations.
