Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between leisure sports participation and lifestyle of adult women. This study examine effects the participation type and degree of leisure sports participation and lifestyle. The subject of this study were selected 520 adult women (281 participants, 239 non-participants) who 26 years old and over, living in Ulsan metropolitan area. The statistical treatment employed in this study was computed by Window 10.0 SPSS/PC+ program. Statistical techniques to analyze the data were t-test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study were as follows: first, participation type of leisure sports participation in adult women has increased lifestyle more participants than non-participants. Lifestyle of adult women has significance difference in fashion, self-control, self-confidence, sports and brand factor. Second, in the lifestyle influencing leisure sports participation degree of adult women, participation frequency influence fashion, self-control, self-confidence, and brand factor whereas participation duration influence spot, brand, and health consciousness. The higher the participation frequency, the higher the lifestyle of adult women. The longer the participation duration, the higher the lifestyle of adult women.
