Abstract :
A common problem with the exiting V-BLAST detection algorithm is that needs perfect channel information at receiver. But perfect channel information is unavailable in practice, so channel error dramatically degrades the performance of the V-BLAST system. In this paper we design a V-BLAST detector that is robust to channel error. From the point of array signal processing, we present a detection method that is the same as MMSE criterion. Based on the presented method, according to the subspace theory, we develop a robust V-BLAST detector. Computer simulations indicate that the performance of our new robust detector is superior.
