Abstract :
Already it is not enough at who raises the doubts, that the mankind experiences transition on new civilization-information stage. This process is accompanied by large-scale transformations in economy, policy, science, formation. In this connection there is a necessity to look more steadfastly on the bases and consequences of deep changes in society. Still insufficiently studied there is a question on a degree of changes in societal structure of an information civilization which have taken place in process of information -computer revolution. Reorganization of societal structures constantly escapes from a field of vision of researchers, despite of significant enough results of the analysis of social consequences of information. Philosophical-methodological principles and ontological circuits are the effective tool of the sanction of periodically arising problems in specific scientist knowledge.
