Abstract :
Following from discussions on the concept of automatic quantitative measurement of fixed CCTV Surveillance system performance, including production of a paper (M. Smalley and Devereux), work has commenced on a demonstration system. The objective was to prove the principles involved and to allow an operational specification for the equipment to be drawn up.
