Analysis the Factors of devices tanδ on-line monitoring, in the paper, by using shield method and the coefficient correction method eliminates the impact of external effectively, And by changing sampling method of voltage signal to resolve the phase angle error of voltage transformer effect; By using a triangular window FFT method to solve the traditional algorithm the problem; Thus, to meet tanδ on-line monitoring of variety voltage devices requirements, provide the conditions for state maintenance of devices.
