Abstract :
An engine ECU hardware-in-loop simulation system of good versatility and scalability is designed based on the LabVIEW development environment which is a virtual instrument. Using PC as the host computer, it establishes the engine dynamic model and assumes the engine running in the host computer. By using TMS320F2812-DSP signal processor interface, system design, simulation engine and collect all the sensor signals the ECU output control signal. PC as a virtual engine of the vehicle, through the signal interface system is connected with the engine ECU, to accept the ECU control regulation, the appropriate feedback to the ECU under the control of real-time operating conditions of engine information, the engine ECU to achieve real-time simulation hardware in the loop. Can reduce the engine ECU development process of debugging a lot of bench test and improve the efficiency of the engine ECU development.
