Abstract :
The presentation is carried out in the framework of the federal programme for special purposes "Forming the aims of tolerant consciousness and preventive measures against extremism in Russian society (2001-2005)." The purpose of the presentation is to investigate graffiti as a social and psychological phenomenon.
