Abstract :
In this paper, a destructive test method is first proposed for pulley durability test. And the endurance testing machine is designed in accordance with this method. The machine provides an environment with variable temperature, variable speed, and variable tension. The endurance of the pulley can be tested by continuous operation. Field experimental results show that the detector used for the production of quality assurance pulley has strong credibility.
